Not gonna lie, these folks gave me the best price out of consulting with 8 different plumbers and companies when our 31 year old boiler finally broke. The team at liberty are just amazing. From Edwin to Lisa to Eddie. My experience was phenomenal. The level of professionalism and how engaging they are is by far one of the best services I’ve received in a while. Lisa is very friendly and professional. She kept me informed throughout the entire time. The installation team, kept me informed and walked me through every step during the installation of the units both outside and in my attic. I would highly recommend them.
Lisa and Mike are great. Responsive and easy to work with. We have a unique AC system that needed a full replacement so we got multiple quotes and Liberty was the best by far + offered the best financing terms. They also worked well with our AHS plan. Highly recommend. They finished the work today and everything works and looks great.
Liberty helped us install a new high velocity air conditioner just in time for summer. Lisa was extremely helpful in coordinating everything. They were quick and efficient, had the most competitive pricing and were extremely communicative! Would highly recommend and will be life long customers!
My HVAC unit was making a scary screeching noise. Liberty came out the day I called during the time slot they said they would. When they were in the house, the noise never came back and the unit seemed to work just fine. They left they card and suggested I record the noise and text it to them next time. They left without charging me. That kind of honesty and support is priceless. You better believe I'll be calling them back the next time I have an issue.
